Sidra Franklin Design has enjoyed success for over 12 years in Los Angeles. Conceptually, Sidra describes her style of interior design as modernist meets whatever! She attempts to incorporate her client’s existing furniture (where applicable) with her love of clean and sleek lines consistently evoking a warm and inviting space.

Sidra intermixes antiques (especially the Deco period) and modern but classic pieces with many of her own original designs. Bold color is also an intrinsic component of her work whether painting an entire room a courageous shade of green or merely using color as an accent. Uses of a myriad of fabrics are fundamental as they truly give a room a polished look.

Sidra has designed many residences in Los Angeles including houses in Hancock Park, Beverly Hills, Brentwood, Santa Monica, Venice, Hollywood and the San Fernando Valley. She has worked with wonderful clients who are employed in various and diverse industries including doctors, lawyers, Presidents of corporations, photographers, and many members of the entertainment business including the actors Laurence Fishburne, Gina Torres and Lisa Gay Hamilton.
